Welcome to the "Women Workout" app, designed exclusively for women to help achieve fitness goals through structured workouts, exercise routines, and tracking progress. We prioritize your privacy and are committed to safeguarding your personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines the data we collect, its usage, and the security measures in place.
Personal Information: When you sign up using Google, Facebook, Apple, or email, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture to manage your account.
Workout Data: With your consent, we collect details of your workout activities, including exercise duration, types of workouts, calories burned, and progress tracking.
Health Data (iOS, with your permission): If you connect Apple Health, we read your steps, workouts, heart rate, heart rate variability, blood pressure, blood glucose, body temperature, sleep, height, weight, and BMI to show your activity and progress, and we write your workouts, height, weight, and BMI back to Apple Health so your data stays in sync across devices. You can disconnect this access at any time in the Health app on your device.
Device & Usage Information: We collect device model, operating system, app usage, crash reports, and performance data to optimize the app and diagnose issues.
Advertising Identifier: With your permission (on iOS, via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt), we and our advertising partners use your device's advertising identifier to show and measure ads.
Camera & Photos: If you choose to set a profile picture, we access your camera or photo library only for that purpose.
Subscription & Payment Data: If you purchase a subscription, we receive your plan type and a transaction identifier from Apple or Google to activate and manage your subscription. Your payment card details are handled directly by Apple or Google and are never seen by us.
Providing Services: The collected data is used to recommend personalized workouts, track progress, and improve your fitness journey.
Account Management: Your personal data helps in managing your profile, logging in, and providing support.
Service Improvements: We analyze aggregated data to enhance app functionality and offer better fitness recommendations.
Advertising: To show and measure ads through Google AdMob, where you have given permission.
Subscription Management: To activate, renew, and manage your premium subscription.
We use the following third-party services, which may process your data as described above:
Google Firebase: Analytics, crash reporting, performance monitoring, remote configuration, and push notifications.
Google AdMob: Serves and measures ads shown in the app.
Microsoft Clarity (iOS): Session analytics to help us understand how the app is used.
Google, Facebook, and Apple: Optional sign-in providers if you choose to log in using one of these services.
Apple App Store and Google Play Billing: Process subscription purchases.
We implement security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or misuse. However, no method is 100% secure, and we advise users to take necessary precautions.
Your account and workout data are retained for as long as your account is active. Individual workout session and weight-log entries older than 6 months are automatically removed from our systems on a rolling basis, regardless of whether your account is active.
If you delete your account in the app, it is deactivated immediately and can no longer be used to sign in. We are working on a process to fully purge deactivated account data from our systems. If you would like your data permanently removed sooner, contact us at support@suratfit.com and we will process your request.
You can update your personal data within the app and manage permissions, including camera, photo, health, and notification access, through your device settings.
You can opt out of personalized ads at any time through your device's ad tracking settings (e.g. Apple's App Tracking Transparency or your Android device's ad settings).
You can disconnect Apple Health access at any time from the Health app on your iOS device.
We may update our policy, and any changes will be posted here. We encourage you to review it periodically.
